Refund policy

General Refund Guidelines

  1. Glass Products

    • Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Items must be in their original new condition. Returns will be rejected if the glass has odors, cracks, or breaks.
    • All returned glass items will be tested for previous use if there are any suspicions. We utilize Verifique for this process.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned glass items, deducted from your refund after inspection.
    • If a returned glass item is rejected, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to have the item returned to them.
  2. Edibles and Smokeable Products

    • All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for edibles or smokeable products.
  3. Other Items

    • Returns for other items must also be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and items must be in their original new condition with all packaging intact.
    • A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned items in this category, deducted from your refund after inspection.
  4. Damaged Items

    • If you receive a damaged item, you must photograph the damage and the packaging and email it to us at support@smokeatx.com within 24 hours of delivery. If approved, a full refund will be issued.
  5. Order Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. If canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days after the return is approved or cancellation is confirmed.
